The expiration date is printed on the front. After that date passes, any remaining balance can no longer be spent — so plan ahead and make sure to use the funds before the card expires.
No. Standard YourRewardCard programs carry no monthly fee, no inactivity fee, and no fee for checking your balance. Some programs include optional services (like ATM withdrawals) that carry a small per-use charge, listed on your welcome leaflet.
Balance and transactions
Sign in on the home page using your card details. Your current balance, recent transactions, and account history will all appear on a single screen.
Some merchants — gas stations, hotels, restaurants — place a temporary hold larger than the final charge while the transaction settles. The hold drops off and the correct amount posts to your account within 1–7 business days.

Where you can spend
Anywhere Visa or Mastercard debit is accepted, depending on the network printed on your specific card. That covers tens of millions of online and in-store merchants worldwide.
In most cases, yes. Some smaller card programs are limited to U.S. merchants — check your packaging for an "international use" note. International purchases are converted to U.S. dollars automatically.
There's no specific per-purchase cap, but you can never spend more than the available balance. Some merchants set their own minimums for card payment.
Problems and support
The most common causes are a typo on the CVV or expiration date, a merchant block on prepaid cards, or a pre-authorization that exceeds your balance. Try a smaller amount or a different merchant. If the problem persists, contact support.
Sign in to view your remaining balance one last time, then call our support line to have the card flagged. If the card still has remaining balance and hasn't been used by an unauthorized party, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
