Cardholder Terms & Agreement

The terms below govern the use of your YourRewardCard. Please read them in full before activating or using your card.

Last updated: April 27, 2026. This page consolidates the Cardholder Agreement, Terms of Use, and program-specific Cardholder Terms.

Terms of Use

By accessing this website you agree to use it only for lawful purposes related to managing your YourRewardCard. You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, breach security or authentication measures, or interfere with the service to any other user.

Card details you submit are used only to authenticate the card and return your balance. We do not store, sell, or share card details for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

Cardholder Agreement

Your card is a prepaid reward card issued by a partner bank under license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. or Mastercard International, depending on the network printed on the card. The card is not a credit card and not a gift card; it cannot be reloaded except where the program documentation explicitly says otherwise.

Available balance

The available balance is the amount you can spend, minus any pending pre-authorizations. Pending pre-authorizations may temporarily reduce your spendable balance for up to seven business days, even if the eventual posted amount is smaller.

Authorized transactions

You authorize each transaction by presenting the card, entering the card number online, or tapping the card on a contactless reader. Once authorized, transactions cannot be reversed except by the merchant or by following the dispute process described on the Help page.

Expiration

The expiration date printed on the front of the card is the last day on which the card may be used. Any remaining balance after that date is forfeited and is not refundable.

Lost or stolen card

You must notify us promptly if your card is lost, stolen, or used without your authorization. Liability for unauthorized transactions is limited as required by federal law and the network rules that apply to your card.

Program-specific Cardholder Terms

Your specific card may carry program features that supplement or modify the terms above — for example, ATM access, PIN-based transactions, international acceptance, or per-transaction fees. The welcome leaflet that arrived with your card lists the features and any fees that apply to your specific program.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where required by law, communicated to you in advance.
