Card Services Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use this site, we collect the card details you submit (card number, expiration date, CVV) for the sole purpose of authenticating you to your card and returning your balance. We also collect technical information about your visit — IP address, user agent, request timestamp — to operate the service and protect against abuse.

How we use it

What we do not do

Retention

Authentication logs are retained for the time required to investigate fraud or comply with legal obligations, then deleted. Card balances and transaction history are retained for the active life of the card and a reasonable period afterwards as required by the card program.

The full bank-partner privacy notice is available on request via the Help page and is also included in the welcome leaflet shipped with your card.

Security

Card data submitted on this site is transmitted over HTTPS. The server stores cards in an access-controlled location and never returns the full card number to the browser — only the last four digits are shown after sign-in. Repeated failed sign-in attempts from the same source are throttled and temporarily blocked.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where deletion is permitted by law. Requests are handled through the contact channels on the Help page.
